Reservation Requirements:
• Minimum 3-night stay (7 nights during holidays)
• 50% deposit due within 7 days of booking
• Final payment due 45 days before arrival
• No credits or refunds for late arrivals or early departures
• No children under 12 years of age permitted

Cancellation Policy:
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 21 days prior will be charged 50% of total reservation.
• No refunds or credits due to airline delays, medical emergencies, or acts of God, including weather. Trip/travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
